A vacancy exists for a Speech & Language Pathologist evaluator within the Office of Student Services for the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit. 

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology
• Valid PA certification in Speech & Language Pathology
• Eligible for PA state licensure
• Experience with evaluating children regarding potential speech services preferred
• Current police, child abuse and FBI Fingerprint clearances required

Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluate students in the areas of speech and language as needed.  Consulting with parents and other professionals regarding speech and language.  Writing IEP's and re-evaluation reports.  Conducting IEP meetings.

Estimated Work Days and Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours per day
